Synex Servers Australia Sponsorship Terms & Conditions:This Contract is established as a legally binding agreement between the gaming clan or group (Clan/Group Name here) and the Staff and Administration of the corporate entity Synex Servers Australia, also referred to as “Synex”. All other arrangements in relation to the matters contained herein are rendered null and void until such time as this contract is rendered null and void. This sponsorship agreement is subject to the following terms and conditions: • Minimum 15 active members in the clan/group • The Synex Servers Australia name must be posted somewhere on the site/server of the group/clan. Synex Servers Australia reserves the right to determine where. • The leader of the clan entering into the sponsorship will receive passwords allocated from Synex Servers Australia. These passwords are Controlled Items and are not to be given out without permission of a duly empowered Synex Servers Australia Council Members. • The Synex Servers Australia Council reserves the right of remove a sponsorship at any given time without the consensus of clan/group being sponsored. • The clan must utilize the Synex website and forums and must make use of the server allocated to them by Synex. • Hacks, Cheats & Exploits are not allowed on any of our hosted servers. • If your clan or Group have a website, and choose to use that instead of Valhalla Gaming Website and Forums, We must be able to put a banner of some type up on the site. • The hosted server must be reasonably active.Also note that other temporary access may be granted to the clan by a duly empowered Synex Servers Australia Council member as needed. These permissions and others may be suspended or revoked with or without notice by a duly empowered Synex Administration member for violation of the terms of this contract. SynexSynex Servers retains all rights, copyrights, and intellectual property permissions in relation to any and all aforementioned items that are the specific or implied property of Synex Servers. All other properties and their respective rights are custody of the original authors. Synex also reserves the right to terminate this contract as a whole at any time under the authority of the Synex Servers Australia Owner, or the group decision of the Synex Servers Australia Council, with or without prior notice. RestrictionsAny attempt by either party, or a third party, to steal, plagiarize, defame, slander, or commit libel against, any specific or implied properties of the other will be considered a violation of this contract and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law of the jurisdiction concerned.
